solid city stay
convenient parking clean room attentive staff
i found the location convenient. the parking area was easy to access. my room was spacious and felt really clean. the staff seemed attentive to every guest and the whole place looked like it's had a recent refresh.
the hotel bar closed pretty early.

the hotel offers a good location near the theatre. it is situated in the center of many amenities. despite being in a central area, it was surprisingly quiet. this made it convenient to access various attractions.

hassle-free arrival friendly staff good cocktail variety decent price
pre-booked parking ensured a hassle-free arrival. the barrier recognized the number plate without issue. check in proved straightforward with a really kind staff member at the desk. a good variety of cocktails at decent price was available in the bar area.
the shower could use a service and the bathroom could benefit from a deeper clean.

the central location allowed easy access to restaurants and entertainment options. the hotel proved easy to reach by car using sat nav. the attached car park offered added convenience to our travels.

the room had been modernized. the layout featured a bed on a diagonal. this was interesting though this compromised the available space somewhat. bottled water was provided in the rooms.

several restaurants operate in the building. the building itself has been converted into a mall. browns restaurant can be found in the same building. the restaurant seemed posh.

front of house staff had good knowledge of the area. they were able to recommend some great local spots. the night manager was kind helping guests who were struggling and very difficult to understand.

my standard double room had usual amenities the location was convenient i found helpful reception staff nearby eating places were plentiful a restaurant called browns is directly across from the hotel entrance
